Dave Rothrock

Dave Rothrock has been pursuing trout, and other
species, with a fly rod since the mid-1960’s and he’s
been tying flies for a bit longer than he’s been
fishing them. He has fished throughout the East,
into the Midwest, and Europe where he fished great
waters in Austria and Slovenia.
Dave’s articles have appeared in FLY FISHERMAN,
magazines as well as other publications. His fly
patterns have have graced the pages of various

publications, books and calendars. He has presented
programs on fly-fishing related topics to groups
throughout the Eastern U.S. and Canada. Dave is
also a co-author of the book “Keystone Fly Fishing:
The Ultimate Guide to Pennsylvania’s Best Water.”
In 2004 Dave and George Daniel teamed together to
compete in the northeast regional qualifier for
Barrett Productions’ Fly Fishing Masters
competition. As a team they placed first out of 36
teams in the two day casting competition.
Dave is a former Orvis Endorsed Guide as well as an
IFF Certified Casting Instructor . He has worked
as an instructor in the L. L. Bean fly fishing schools
and has taught fly fishing, casting and fly-tying
classes for various fly shops. Dave currently guides
and teaches fly fishing and casting through his
business, Salmo-Trutta Enterprises. He utilizes many
of the best trout streams in central and north
central PA as his classroom environment.

Sean Crocker is the president and captain of Team Freestone, the Northeast premiere fly fishing team since 2009. He has competed both nationally and internationally in fly fishing competitions including 5 America Cup championships, 3 US National championships, 3 British Columbia loch style championships, as well as countless other regional fly fishing competitions throughout the USA. He has been awarded more than 13 gold, 7 silver and 6 bronze in the last 4 years. Sean competes in both regional and Team USA fly fishing events and was a former member of the pro fly angler tour. Sean is a native of Bucks County, PA and has been fly fishing for over 25 yrs cutting his teeth in the various streams throughout the state. Sean has fly fished from the tip of the Arctic Circle to the tip of the Baja Peninsula, but his first love will always be trout. Lackawanna, Lackawaxen and the Upper Delaware Rivers-
Northeastern Pennsylvania, whose waters are steeped in American angling history, boasts some of the best fly fishing for trout in the world. Among its prime trout waters is the Lackawanna River, which was a heavily polluted urban waterway for many decades during the region’s coal-mining heyday. Today, thanks to the efforts of local conservationists and fly fishermen, a five-mile stretch of the Lackawanna is a designated Trophy Trout fishery teeming with wild brown trout
Adam Nidoh, Manager of A&G Outfitters in Dickson City, PA, 570-489-1650, will do a presentation on Fly Fishing the local Streams of his area. Adam is born and raised in Scranton, PA (still live there).
Grew up spin fishing (we forgive him) for bass, but got into fly fishing when I was 13.
Have been fly fishing for the past 18 years.
Adam’s dad and Adamhave owned and operated A&G Outfitters, in Dickson City, PA, for 14 years.
Have been guiding for 10 years. Licensed in PA & NY.
Guide primarily on the Lackawanna, Lackawaxen, Lehigh, Delaware & Susquehanna Rivers.
Worked as the Fly Fishing Instructor/Guide at TLAW for 5 years.
Have been a part of the Orvis R&D team for 3 years.
Have been teaching Fly Fishing & Fly Tying Courses at Keystone College for 3 years.
Recently published in the guide book, Keystone Fly Fishing.
Currently works at Whitetail Country Fly Shop in Starlight, PA & for Cross Current Guide Service

Brian’s love of fishing
started at an early age,
encouraged by his fa-
ther. After many years exploring the bigger rivers and
smaller warm water streams, Brian started Susque-
hanna River Guides in 1993 as a way to share his love
of the rivers and fly-fishing with others. Today clients
have come from every reach of the United States, Can-
ada, as well as Europe have come to South Central
Pennsylvania to discover the thrill of fly-fishing for
smallmouth bass and other warm water fishes.
Brian is on the pro staff for Scott rods, Costa Sunglass-
es, and Columbia Clothing. Brian is also associated
with Simms and Fish Pond, Scientific Anglers
Brian is a speaker at many local and regional clubs and
organizations, as well as many fishing and outdoor
shows. Numerous publications, both local and national
have featured Brian and Susquehanna River Guides.
Brian has contributed to books and is one of the co-
authors of “Keystone Fly Fishing Guide”
When Brian is not on the water, he enjoys spending
